Do you want more creativity, empowerment, delight, ease, and playfulness in your life? I use Somatic Psychology to help women of all ages overcome their challenges and move toward richer experiences of embodiment and empowerment. We create a warm and inviting space where the whole of you can lean into the process and make full use of your therapeutic time. What should a new client know about working with you?

First, I make sure I understand what your goals are, while we simultaneously manage any crisis. We will map out your comfort levels and then, create a warm space where the whole of you can lean into the process of therapy. Along the way to your goals, I will prioritize safety and stability, by working with you to reset your nervous system and reduce daily irritations (causing some anxieties, boundary issues, communication problems, frustrations, resentment, conflict, guilt, etc.) that build up over time and become triggers to further instability. Once a general feeling of safety, stability and some resilience are established, and if therapy is continued, the bigger issues become much easier to move through. I suggest homework and readings - as needed.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
