Do you want to feel more "free" emotionally, mentally, and physically, wanting to improve your life for yourself and possible future relationships/children/family? My ideal client is motivated to engage in treatment and reach their goals of becoming more psychologically flexible and strengthening their connections with themselves and those meaningful relationships around them. With a degree in trauma and 2+ years in trauma-informed programs, I am well-versed in various forms of trauma and ways to cope with traumatic experiences, PTSD symptoms, etc. Due to the intensity of trauma and learning different treatment methods/coping strategies, it has trickled over into other specialties such as anxiety, depression, and anger. I understand a majority of people don't understand, and you might feel like you're alone in this, but I'm here to tell you that you've got someone on your side, and that someone is me.
