My approach I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches to create an individualized and unique delivery of care typically combining Mindfulness-Based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, motivational interviewing, DBT, and psychodynamic techniques. I will utilize the Gottman Method Couples therapy to help my clients increase intimacy, respect, and affection and to remove barriers that result in marital conflict. My focus I have extensive experience with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, challenging relationships, marital conflicts, and addiction. My communication style I am assertive, compassionate, and comfortable having challenging conversations. I create a safe space for my clients to share their vulnerabilities and increase insight into their behaviors. My journey to mental healthcare Being a therapist has offered me the opportunity to understand myself and others, providing personally meaningful and impactful work. I am someone who sparks change in people’s lives and relationships and this work allows me to practice my authenticity.
