Psychotherapist
CA
It's difficult to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. It's even more difficult to find someone who has the experience to help you once you find the courage to reach out. It is my honor to help my clients find peace and fulfillment in their careers, relationships, and overall life experiences-to live with intention instead of habit, and break free from the trauma of the past. To move forward in life with mindfulness and purpose. I have worked with clients for over 15 years who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, addiction, major mental illness, and family or relationship problems, including parenting issues, blended families, divorce, and marriage/family dynamics. I provide a non-judgmental practice that is culturally sensitive to all groups of race and orientation who are vulnerable to bias. I use an eclectic approach and work with adolescents and adults. I have partnered with Los Angeles County to provide forensic evaluations and crisis interventions. I also supervise other therapists toward their licensure. I earned my Bachelor's degree and Master's in Social Work from California State University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. Life is in session. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey as we discover, learn, and grow to achieve your goals and get into the solution.
