I hold an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University and have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, behavioral problems, trauma, self-esteem, family conflicts, and adjustment struggles.
My experience includes extensive work with children and adolescents in school settings, foster care, and the juvenile justice system. I also work with young adults (18-30), older adults, couples, and families. My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns.

"My goal is to introduce and maintain a safe environment where one can explore and process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Clients are encouraged and supported while accessing effective strategies and solutions that can be utilized moving forward. My counseling style is warm, interactive, and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I also believe everyone is entitled to understanding and patience.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
