You Might Be Here Because... Your mind never seems to turn off. You overthink even small decisions. You replay conversations for hours or days. You're successful, but constantly feel like you're falling short. You struggle with intrusive thoughts that won't let go. You're tired of living in survival mode. I help individuals and couples uncover the patterns keeping them stuck and build lasting change using CBT, ACT, IFS, ERP, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches. My goal is to help you leave therapy with greater clarity, practical tools, and confidence so you can build a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more fulfilling. Whether your goal is to quiet an anxious mind, break free from OCD, heal from trauma, strengthen your relationships, navigate a life transition, or reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place where lasting change begins. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you're ready to create meaningful change, I'd be honored to support you on your path toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Sometimes we can look like we’re functioning on the outside while privately feeling exhausted by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or the constant pressure to keep everything together. I believe healing doesn't come from fighting yourself—it comes from building a different relationship with yourself. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment. Together, we will explore the patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen your ability to tolerate uncertainty, process difficult experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or a season of life that no longer feels like it fits, you don't have to navigate it alone. Seeking support takes courage. My goal is to help you develop the confidence, flexibility, and self-trust needed to face life's challenges while reconnecting with the strengths that already exist within you. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can't seem to break. They may spend hours overthinking decisions, seeking reassurance, replaying conversations, questioning themselves, or feeling trapped by anxiety and fear. Others find themselves navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from who they are beneath the expectations of everyday life. My approach combines evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Parts of ourselves can carry fear, shame, self-criticism, or painful experiences and together we will explore these to create greater compassion and understanding.
