What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach begins with building a trusting, supportive relationship where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and concerns. During the initial sessions, I focus on understanding your individual needs, strengths, goals, and the circumstances that brought you to therapy. With experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and tailor treatment to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Depending on your needs, we may explore coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, relationships, behavioral concerns, life transitions, or past experiences that may be affecting your current well-being. Together, we will establish meaningful treatment goals and identify practical strategies to help you manage challenges and build confidence. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and your voice and goals remain central throughout treatment.
