Getting to know Gail Bradley
We were never taught how to be in a relationship. Yes, there are tons of books on how to, but putting them into practical use can be very difficult. If you want to be in a relationship that lasts 50 years, then communication and empathy have to be at the core of a successful partnership. This also applies to relationships with family members, friends, or co-workers.
Sometimes our own mental health can influence all of our relationships, and you may need coping techniques for anxiety and/or depression symptoms.
I am here to help-whether it's coping strategies for anxiety and depression symptoms or learning how to communicate more effectively with others. I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Los Angeles, which equips me to support you in building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am not the type of therapist that will just sit back and say "how does that make. you feel" but I will ask for your goals and help you reach them.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

We have enjoyed our sessions with Ms. Bradley. She is patient and understanding. She listens but directs the focus on our biggest concerns. My child enjoys her weekly sessions. Ms. Bradley’s guidance has been extraordinary.

I have had significant positive shifts after every session with Gail. I was able to go fully no contact with my abusive ex. We have been broken up for over two years but until now I was still allowing for some contact. I feel much safer and more empowered now that he has no access to me. Gail has also helped me to realize some unhealthy patterns with my sister that I was not fully aware of. Gail is smart, kind, caring, and direct. I really appreciate her straight-forward and solution based style. I feel safe and supported in our sessions. Gail also does a great job of being inclusive and open-minded. As a non-binary, queer, non-monogamous person, that is really important to me. Finally, I've never been able to find such a skilled therapist, who ALSO takes my insurance, I am so grateful to Gail!

I was a skeptic about therapy after some bad experiences, but Gail has changed my mind completely. She has really helped me reframe some of my thinking and it has made such a positive impact in my life in a short time. I’m so grateful to have found her!
