My focus The major components I use are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Positive Psychology, and Biblical Meditation. I assist clients with overcoming depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, PTSD, and grief. I also help clients develop positive interpersonal relationships. My communication style I provide a safe space for clients and build trust through empathic and compassionate listening. Clients who work with me often feel inspired and empowered to grow. My journey to mental healthcare I have a great desire to help people live “the good life,” which entails having a healthy concept of self and others.
