What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
