I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, I offer consulting services that may involve working with attorneys, educational systems, or serving as a liaison to support our most vulnerable individuals and groups in the community.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our initial sessions focus on building trust. I aim to create an environment that is judgement free and focused on your safety, growth, and well being. We will have a dialogue about your goals and expectations from treatment. In the middle of our journey, you may be challenged as you face emotions or situations that were not being dealt and caused problems. Our journey will offer an opportunity to dive deeper into core issues and allow healing to take place. In the end, you will have gained self-awareness, tools, resources, and self-confidence to negotiate with life's challenges.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
