My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist has been a fulfilling part of my life. I have worked in the mental health field since graduating with my bachelor's degree in 2001. I have mainly worked in community mental health, providing evidence-based services to individuals struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, and personality disorders. Throughout this journey, I have come to learn how to not only help others but myself lead a more fulfilling life through a holistic approach that includes an emphasis on self-care and reflection. Helping individuals heal and find peace brings me joy.
