With my background, including a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's in Counseling from Lynn University, a Bachelor's from Florida International University, and an Associate's from Howard Community College, I am equipped to support you fully. You will experience better communication in your relationships, your negative thoughts will be challenged by true and positive ones, and you will finally give yourself permission to live a different life-better than it was before.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I will provide you with the space to explore generational patterns that have benefitted and hindered you. In doing so, you will acquire the knowledge to overcome your anxiety, depression, and other life obstacles. I will help you reframe your understanding of vulnerability and see it as a strength and not a weakness. It is time to be different!

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
