I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over ten years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Troy University. I have experience working with clients facing a variety of treatment issues, including anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, depression, trauma-based disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, parenting problems, anger management, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, and stress-related issues. My counseling approach is supportive, engaging, and client-centered. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where they can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I utilize several treatment modalities in clinical practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. However, I recognize that everyone is different and will modify my approach to meet your clinical needs.
