Hello, my name is Gina Regalbuto, and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in California. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles. My specialization is in healing trauma, depression, and anxiety, as well as the symptoms and stressors that follow as a result. I have also worked extensively with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder. I primarily practice through the lens of psychodynamic theory and am an eclectic provider who utilizes the modality that best serves my clients.
I see clients through external sites called Headway and Path. Once you have decided to work with me or schedule a session, I will send you my homepage link to Headway or Path, where you can enter your insurance information and schedule a time with me. I look forward to working with you!
The specific insurances I currently work with through Headway are Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Oscar Health.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I offer therapy via Telehealth so I am able to see you from wherever you are in California! I utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients and those EBPs include (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Somatic Techniques, (MI) Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.
