I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly, addressing symptoms and issues associated with mood, anxiety, psychotic, personality, trauma, and substance use disorders. I use tools from CBT, DBT, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, Holistic, Harm-reduction, Trauma-informed, and Psychodynamic approaches. I focus on building rapport, understanding your needs, helping you find your strengths, and utilizing those strengths to overcome challenges. I want you to be proud of yourself for asking for and accepting support.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame De Namur University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to provide compassionate and effective care.

Giovanna is an excellent therapist with a very empathetic approach. She’s amazing at listening and understanding, always providing helpful feedback, as well as asking the right questions to help me self reflect. She’s very encouraging when I’m in a situation where I need to advocate for myself which is something I’ve always struggled with. Overall an incredible person and therapist and I’m lucky to have her in my life to guide me through hardships.
