My focus Sessions provide a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Feeling safe and comfortable allows you to better understand yourself and explore the direction you want to take your life. It’s important to me to offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself and ensure the process is collaborative. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy—our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns. My communication style I believe no problem is too small or too big to work on. From my own life, I’ve learned that sometimes taking a different approach can transform conflict into a situation we can handle. My journey to mental healthcare I’m no different from the clients I see; like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve experienced both wonderful and difficult moments that have shaped who I am and how I help. I was drawn to counseling by a desire to support people who are struggling. My life has included many challenges and lessons learned through experience. I want to help you find your path through your trials in a way that draws out your true self. Doing it alone can be difficult, but reaching out to someone can make it feel more possible.
