Getting to know Glodeliz Rodriguez
I have over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals navigating mental health and addiction-related challenges in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I work with children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, and adults, helping them manage life’s difficulties and emotional stressors with compassion and evidence-based care.
My therapeutic approach integrates Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brief Psychodynamic interventions to address symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. I am dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive space where clients can build insight, resilience, and emotional well-being.
I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Master of Arts in International Studies from East Carolina University. As a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish, I also offer therapy services to Spanish-speaking individuals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I hope to provide support and education on healthy ways to manage negative thoughts, feelings and stressors to include symptoms of depression and anxiety.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
