Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients ranging from as young as 4 years old to those who are 101. My journey has allowed me to support individuals with dual diagnosis and substance use issues, as well as those facing debilitating depression, anxiety, trauma, and anger issues. I am versed in multiple therapeutic theories and techniques. I generally work with older teens and adults, including geriatric clients and those navigating life transitions. In addition to my extensive experience in traditional therapy settings, I've provided emergency behavioral health evaluations in acute care hospitals and have a strong background in medical/palliative care social work. This includes supporting individuals newly diagnosed with life-changing medical conditions, those in acute care inpatient hospice, and addressing end-of-life issues and needs. I've also worked with clients who have been adjudicated for domestic violence, sex offenses, and other violent crimes. I believe in creating a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards healing and growth.
