Hi there, I'm Gloria! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Santa Paula, California. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch College. I am available both in person and by telehealth, working with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, spirituality, and life transitions. My approach My therapy approach varies based on your needs and goals. I draw from different theoretical approaches to support your progress. I am patient and meet you where you are emotionally and mentally, but I will also gently challenge you when needed. My focus I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults facing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, infidelity, life transitions, peer and relationship issues, and spirituality.
