I am empathetic, very accepting, and provide recognition, active and reflective listening, hope and humor, confronting, reflecting, summarizing, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that I was born to help others. I care deeply for people and want to help them improve their mental health. I feel rewarded and satisfied when I help others grow to become their better selves. I help my clients identify specific goals and create a treatment plan to work through. During your first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other. We will also discuss what brought you to therapy, your current and past symptoms, and your expectations for therapy.
