I believe that sometimes life will knock you down so you can learn how to fight. I am here to support and empower you in that process. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and topics of faith can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that you are the expert of your story and have strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges you face. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to partner with you along this journey. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Leo University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care. Working in the mental health field gives me the opportunity to make a difference in society. I have 8 years of professional experience in mental health settings, engaging diverse client populations including veterans, incarcerated juveniles, cancer patients, battered women, and adults with dual diagnoses. I have experience helping clients manage stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger, PTSD, and depression. I also work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
