Getting to know Grace Luque

Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I believe in helping clients identify the areas of their lives that may be holding them back while building the resilience needed to face modern challenges. With 18 years of experience in the field, I offer a seasoned perspective rooted in a wide array of environments. My clinical background includes: Direct Action: Group work with homeless youth and international anti-trafficking initiatives. Specialized Support: Early childhood consultation (ages 0-5) and trauma-informed care. Evidence-Based Modalities: CBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, Somatic, and Motivational Interviewing. I am a Dominican University alumna, first-generation Latina from Chicago and a dog mom. My approach is holistic and creative, often incorporating mindfulness and my background as a Reiki practitioner. Whether we are working through deep-seated trauma or current life transitions, my goal is to provide a safe, empowering space for your growth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
