Graciela Grace Rougier, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
Welcome/Bienvenido. I'm Graciela (Grace) Rougier, a bilingual licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist and play therapist. I feel very strongly that we are all connected and that building healthy relationships is important for everyone and the planet. Becoming a mother during the pandemic has reshaped my focus on the importance of community care. Together, we will implement a humanistic approach, supporting the whole person and not just a diagnosis. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicide, and life transitions. We all deserve a space to grow, heal, and be nurtured.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After meeting together in our first session, my hope is there is an authentic connection made and we begin a professional relationship. Throughout our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, empathetic, curious and witty therapist that can be a mirror to you and reflect underlying emotions and feelings. I will be there every step of the way! I hope that you walk away with feelings seen, heard, validated and most importantly understood. At the very end, I hope that you become the most authentic, bold, creative and loving version of yourself in this world.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
