My approach I strive to meet clients where they are in their process, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral interventions to promote self-discovery, emotional regulation, and an increased sense of self. My focus The care I provide is directly shaped by what the client needs and wants. I firmly believe that client-centered care is the best way to approach the therapeutic process. My communication style During sessions, I ask questions and explain the rationale behind each one, allowing clients to understand the reasons for my interest. I practice active listening and make the client the expert in their own experience, relying on them to educate me about themselves.
