Hello, I am Gregory.

In the therapeutic relationship, my job is to give you the skills to get where you would like to go. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 7 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from California State University, Bakersfield. My specialties are anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Seeking therapy can feel daunting. I am here to help and will always allow you to drive your treatment. Everyone has the ability to grow. During our sessions together, I will provide you with a safe space to hone your coping skills to tackle life's challenges.

During our first session you can expect to have a directed path for out time together. First sessions are a great opportunity to get to know each other, establish goals, and build a plan for how I can best help you. You should leave that session with a plan.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
