Hi there, I'm Gregory! Hello, my name is Greg Rico, LPC. I do my best to create a safe, welcoming environment so we may connect and establish a relationship focused on working together to develop goals designed to have a positive impact on your journey to resolve your presenting concerns. I enjoy working with all ages and support all who may be questioning their gender or sexuality, as well as those with sexual performance-related concerns. My approach I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered theoretical approaches. My focus I believe my strengths support clients going through transitions (work or relationships), anxiety, grieving, depression, LGBTQ community members and their allies, and educational concerns. My communication style My tone is soft, welcoming, and supportive. I want you to feel comfortable in our sessions so you may explore everything and anything. My journey to mental healthcare As a small child, I knew I wanted to help others. This dream was realized during my time as a special education teacher working with students with emotional distress. Helping them grow and watching them succeed when others have given up on them made me want to help everyone. My goals for you Goal setting is collaborative.
