I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Psychology from Florida International University and vast experience treating trauma, anxiety, OCD, immigration issues, and acculturation. I understand that for some people, it is really difficult to open up and trust, especially if you have had bad experiences in the past or, even worse, your entire life. As your therapist, my commitment is to offer you treatment with integrity, understanding, compassion, and, most importantly, realistic expectations. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
