Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Antioch University Los Angeles and have been practicing for 23 years. I help adults struggling with trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, career stress, burnout and will help people become the best versions of themselves.
