Gwendolyn Brower, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
As a therapist, I believe in the power of story. Our stories are shaped by early developmental experiences, relationships with family members and caregivers, life events and transitions, and cultural and societal influences, just to name a few. I assist my clients in gaining compassionate insight into how all the pieces of their stories influence their thoughts, feelings, coping strategies, and self-perception. Throughout this process, I am committed to providing unconditional acceptance and support as we collaborate to determine your goals for your therapy journey. I am an integrative therapist drawing largely from Client-Centered, Interpersonal, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Multicultural Psychotherapies. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, as well as meditation and mindfulness techniques. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from California State University. I currently offer video therapy, allowing you to receive the help you need from the convenience of your home.
