I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help reframe unhealthy thought patterns and heal from past trauma. I use Strengths At Home (SAH) to foster healthy communication and connection in relationships. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. My focus Being a prior service, I have experience with Active Duty, Veterans, Families, Civilians, and Dependents. My goal is to directly address and support each client's unique needs with compassion, support, and a plan specific to their goals. I aim to foster resilience, self-awareness, and positive change in a supportive and compassionate environment. My communication style I prioritize a non-judgmental, compassionate approach, practicing active listening to ensure clients feel heard and safe. Each session is tailored to the client's unique needs and pace, which fosters a supportive and empathic environment. My journey to mental healthcare My path began as a Guidance Counselor and CPS worker, where I focused on crises and prevention. I then served in the Army, where I worked with military and civilians who were in crisis or needed support. Throughout my career, I have supported clients in their healing and growth, ensuring they achieve wellness and resilience over time.
