You might be arriving here because something in your life no longer feels sustainable. Maybe past experiences still show up in your relationships, intimacy feels complicated, or you’ve been carrying messages about your worth that never truly felt like they belonged to you. Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and begin understanding yourself with greater compassion. My path to becoming a therapist began while advocating for survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. Sitting with people through some of their most painful experiences showed me how deeply trauma can shape identity, connection, and a person’s sense of safety. It also showed me how powerful it can be when someone finally has space to share their story and feel genuinely supported. I often work with adults navigating trauma, self-esteem, and questions around identity. I love to help people unlearn limiting narratives so they can reconnect with themselves in ways that feel more authentic and self-directed. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we create space to explore what’s been shaping your experiences at a pace that feels respectful and supportive of where you are. If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome here exactly

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can think of my style as warm, relational, and down-to-earth. When we meet, my focus is on creating a space where you feel comfortable showing up honestly, without pressure to have everything figured out. Our conversations aren’t about rushing toward solutions or forcing change. Instead, we spend time getting curious about what you’ve been carrying and how it has shaped the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. I tend to bring thoughtful questions, gentle observations, and a steady presence into the room. Sometimes I may invite you to slow down and notice what’s happening emotionally or physically so we can better understand what your mind and body might be communicating. Over time, many people begin to feel more clarity, greater self-trust, and a deeper sense of choice in how they move through their lives and relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide online therapy for individuals who are physically located in Oregon. Our work begins with a 60-minute intake session. During that time, we talk about what’s been weighing on you, the experiences that may be shaping your current challenges, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. This first meeting is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and whether the space feels supportive for you. If we decide to continue, sessions are typically 60 minutes and held weekly or biweekly. As our work evolves, we can adjust the frequency to reflect your needs, goals, and the level of support that feels most helpful.
