What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about how people experience and cope with difficult emotions and life's challenges. That curiosity grew into a calling, a commitment to offering compassionate, trauma-informed care that truly meets each patient where they are. Every session, I bring a warm, patient, and supportive presence, creating space for you to express yourself openly, build meaningful insight, and develop the skills you need to grow. It's work I find deeply rewarding as I help guide you toward healing and a more balanced life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to care, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals at every stage of the journey. For younger patients, I incorporate play therapy as a natural and effective way to help children express themselves and process their experiences. For adolescents and adults, we'll work together using trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build emotional regulation skills, process difficult experiences, and improve your overall well-being. You can always expect a supportive environment where you feel safe to be yourself. My style is flexible, and I genuinely care about helping you better understand yourself and develop the tools to feel more in control of your emotions and your life.
