Hannah Gilmore, LCSW

Hannah Gilmore, LCSW

Psychotherapist
105 Floral Vale Blvd, Yardley, PA
Whether you are coming to therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, a life change, or just a general sense of unease, facing these issues can be scary. Healing isn't easy because it involves confronting our pain and hurts. Healing can also be full of joy, hope, connection, and freedom as we experience new possibilities of being and relating. I strive to offer a space where you can feel safe enough to look inward - to gently and compassionately welcome all parts of yourself with less judgment and shame. I am here to support you and challenge you to be curious about new ways of thinking, doing, and feeling. Our relational wounds, losses, and trauma can trap us in painful patterns of avoidance, anger, fear, sadness, guilt, and shame. Together, we can develop understanding, compassion, and clarity around how they are showing up in our relationships with ourselves and others, which can allow us to begin to heal. Starting therapy can be overwhelming, whether you are new to it or have done it before. It takes a great deal of courage to seek support and acknowledge a need for healing and change. I look forward to getting to know you. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
