Psychotherapist

If you need a safe space to process unwanted feelings, struggles with substance use, or stressful life transitions, this is the place for you. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, where we focus on your strengths and what matters most to you. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and capable of lasting change. My approach I use Solution-focused therapy (SFT) to help you identify your individual goals and collaborate with you to find solutions to meet them. I may also incorporate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other techniques to support your individual treatment goals. My focus I work with late adolescents and adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, addiction, relationship challenges, or difficulty setting boundaries. Using a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, I work with clients to help them create lasting change. My communication style My communication style is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I listen closely to understand your experiences and reflect patterns, strengths, and possibilities you may not yet see, while offering thoughtful feedback and gentle guidance. My journey to mental healthcare My journey in therapy started with a desire to empower others to make the changes they think are impossible. My work with individuals experiencing addiction, depression, and anxiety has shaped my understanding of how resilience and growth can emerge even in difficult circumstances. My goals for you Goals are collaborative and flexible. We may start with specific concerns, but we regularly revisit and adjust them as your needs change. I help clients stay motivated by breaking goals into manageable steps, highlighting progress along the way, and building on strengths and successes to support steady, sustainable change.
