Hi there, I'm Hannah! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. I am trained and experienced in many modalities, including EMDR, attachment work, CBT, Mindfulness, NARM, and the Gottman method. I am constantly learning, and my goal is to offer a unique experience based on your needs rather than fitting you into a specific model of therapy. My focus I work with clients seeking relief from stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, loss, trauma, divorce, infertility, and more. Each person I work with has different therapy goals, so every experience is individualized. My communication style My communication style is warm, patient, and focused. I balance listening with direct solutions and feedback. I believe you are the driver in your life. The strategies and ideas I provide are tools I have learned that can be helpful—take what works or feels right and leave the rest. I see us as a team. I partner with you, but you decide what is best for you. Our counseling hour is pressure-free. I aim for our time together to feel positive, hopeful, and solution-focused with zero pressure.
