My passion for social work was shaped upon watching a loved one struggle with their mental health and addiction and witnessing firsthand how a compassionate social worker helped them find stability and hope when our family felt lost. This experience fueled my dedication to providing exceptional trauma-informed care that meets patients where they’re at, ensuring a grounded, empathetic perspective along with a deep respect for their resilience and lived experience.

In our work together, you are assured of a compassionate and empowering environment personalized to your unique mental health challenges, life circumstances, and personal goals. I take a collaborative, empathic, and nonjudgmental approach, which helps me be the trustworthy therapist you deserve. Treatment may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ERP motivational interviewing, and other approaches to help you build coping skills and foster meaningful change.
