I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT,) serving individuals and couples within California. I graduated with a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University and have been practicing therapy for over 10 years. I am also a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples therapist and Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. I provide therapy for adults, teens (12+), and couples, who are struggling but ready to take the first step toward happiness, peace of mind and purpose. I am committed to bringing inclusive and informed care to all, and am experienced working with clients from various ethnicities, immigration histories, sexualities, gender orientations and lifestyle preferences. I begin therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help reduce negative thinking patterns and self-criticism. This can alleviate anxiety, create confidence and set a foundation to make changes with insight and positive energy.
