You've already made a huge step by coming here, and I'm here to help you take the next few steps. As an eclectic therapist, I draw from a wide array of techniques across all disciplines of counseling. With 20 years of experience in the field and a doctorate in counseling and supervision, I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to our sessions. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor, which ensures that I adhere to the highest standards of professional practice. I specialize in a variety of areas, including anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, gender identity, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, antisocial behavior, ADHD, narcissistic personality disorder, and perinatal support. I am particularly passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and have extensive expertise in addressing sexual behavior problems. On a personal note, I am the biological mother of three children and have three stepchildren, so I understand firsthand how overwhelming life can be. My goal is to create a supportive and understanding environment where you feel comfortable exploring your challenges and working towards positive change.
