My name is Hayward Mouton, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington, DC, and Maryland. I provide individual, group, marriage, couples, and family therapy in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment that fosters a healthy therapeutic relationship. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor's degree from Troy University. I am highly skilled in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to individuals (children, adolescents, adults) and families dealing with complex trauma and chronic mental health challenges.
