I help people identify their strengths and goals and provide individualized support to explore concerns and develop strategies for happiness and success.
With over twenty years of experience serving both adolescent and adult populations, I've had the privilege of working across various settings, including schools, hospitals, and community mental health centers. My treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies, all tailored to meet your unique needs.
I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, and stress. Whether you're navigating a challenging life transition, dealing with medical issues, or seeking support for your mental health, I'm here to help.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends. I'm a dog lover and enjoy running, hiking, and gardening. These activities help me stay grounded and bring balance to my life.
