Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself? You may be the person everyone depends on, the caregiver, helper, partner, parent, or deep thinker who spends so much energy supporting others that your own needs come last. I work with adults, children, and caregivers who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and identity exploration. My clients are looking for approachable ways to move forward, new coping skills or a new perspective on life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming care and welcome individuals who are exploring gender identity, sexuality, and authentic self-expression. Together, we'll build on your strengths and help you create a life that feels more connected, balanced, and aligned with who you are.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
