More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I feel I found the right one. I'm excited. She was so helpful and amazing.
Heather is amazing i really look forward to our session every week
When I began therapy with Heather some months ago it was initially address some specific things I had going on. Since then, she has helped with not only coping with those issues but also things I thought no longer affected me. I find myself handling situations differently than I typically would have and I’m certain it’s due to my meetings with Heather. She is a light when you need her.
Being the first time meeting Heather, I felt comfortable with her right away. She listened intently and was reassuring. She never passed judgment or made me feel uncomfortable. I look forward to our journey together.
I loved talking with Heather. It felt like we’ve known each other for years and it was my first visit. I felt very comfortable with her.
My first session with Heather was a great introduction. She paid attention to my concerns and asked questions to see why I felt the way that I did she also gave advice/solutions on what to do to handle a certain situation. I felt comfortable talking to her as if we have met before. I was able to be vulnerable and I am looking forward to our next session I feel I will be able to be more open. She has a warm personality, open-minded and willing to meet me where I’m at. Thank you Heather ??
Very easy to talk to
