Hello, my name is Heather Dalmases, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am passionate about helping and partnering with individuals to become the best version of themselves that is true and authentic. I have been working in the field of social work for more than 20 years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Saint Joseph's College and my Master's Degree in Social Work at Adelphi University. My approach is eclectic and versatile, adjusting to your needs by incorporating various theoretical approaches. My therapeutic experience includes working with adults, teens, children, couples, and families, navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, trauma, substance abuse, life transitions, self-esteem, domestic violence, LGBTQ+, parenting, and grief and loss. My goal is your goal. We will partner together to get you to where you want to be. Together, we will connect, explore, and navigate through experiences and circumstances to find mindful solutions that promote positive life changes and healing.
