I have over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services, including working with adults, couples, and families, navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, trauma, substance abuse, life transitions, self-esteem, domestic violence, LGBTQ+, parenting, and grief and loss.
