What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a holistic, whole-body approach in my work with adults and teens, because I believe our physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected. Through therapy, I will spend time helping you start to notice how stress shows up in your physical body as well as emotionally. Your body and your mind are wired to work together, not separately!
