I have many years of experience with individuals, couples, and families, ranging from children as young as 8 to clients in their 80s. My approach Common therapeutic approaches I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy. I tailor my approach to fit each client’s distinct needs. My focus I have worked with clients of all ages, from children as young as 8 to older adults in their 80s. I have extensive experience supporting those dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, grief, suicidal ideation, anger management, and dual diagnosis. My communication style I have a soft and supportive approach. I always start where the client is and consider myself an advocate for those I work with. I strive to be warm, friendly, and easy to talk with. My goal is to understand each client’s situation and provide the best support to help them work toward their therapeutic goals. My journey to therapy My own childhood experiences and life journey inspired me to pursue therapy. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be in a helping profession. What drives me most is making a positive difference in the lives of the clients I am privileged to work with.
