I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with 16 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family or social stressors. Many of the individuals and families I work with are seeking support as they face difficult life experiences, relationship challenges, or emotional hurdles, and I am passionate about helping them move toward healing and personal growth. I earned my master's degree in social work from the University of Georgia and my Bachelor of Science in psychology. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and often incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward their goals.
