Hi, I'm Heather, and I focus on helping couples, teens, and adults thrive. I love to connect with couples who need support to make their relationships work-for both parties. I am private pay only and do not accept insurance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will get ‘in the trenches’ with you to find out what has happened to cause the struggles you face. Then we will work to develop tools you can use to improve your life. I will help you make the changes necessary to begin to find JOY with yourself and/or your significant other.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have over 10 years experience counseling individuals, couples, and teens. This is including, but not limited to: Relationship – Couples or Marriage Counseling Teen Therapy Christian Counseling Caregiver Support Infertility Depression and Anxiety Counseling Self-Worth I have Gottman Relationship Training Level 1 for use in Marriage Counseling. I am CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS for in-person Fort Worth – Keller, TX or online video therapy sessions. I would love to meet you.
