What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping individuals who may be struggling to manage ADHD symptoms, who may be experiencing grief and are having difficulty navigating their grief process, or who may be experiencing life transitions and need additional support. If you are seeking help with other issues, please feel free to reach out to see how I can help you, as I have a wide range of mental health experience. My communication style is laid back, yet direct. I prefer to communicate openly so that we can remain on the same page with your therapy goals and progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My decision to enter the helping field came after experiencing my own challenges with mental health, so rest assured that while working with me, you will be met with empathy, understanding, and acceptance. My practice is person-centered and compassion-focused, and I enjoy drawing from multiple treatment types to tailor your therapy to your needs. In our initial sessions, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress towards your therapy goals.
